Welcome to AfriSchool360, a SaaS-based School Management System designed for educational institutions across Africa. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By signing up or using the AfriSchool360 platform, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Account Registration

  • Only authorized school administrators may register a school account.

  • All information provided during registration must be accurate and up to date.

  • The school administrator is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and ensuring authorized access within the institution.

3. Use of the Platform

  • The platform is intended for managing academic, administrative, and communication tasks related to school operations.

  • Users must not use the platform for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

  • The system may not be copied, distributed, resold, or exploited in any way outside of the licensed use.

4. User Responsibilities

  • Schools are responsible for managing user access within their institution, including staff, students, and parents.

  • All users are expected to use the platform ethically and responsibly.

  • Any misuse of the platform may lead to suspension or termination of the account.

5. Data Privacy and Security

  • AfriSchool360 values your privacy. We take reasonable measures to protect all personal and institutional data stored on our system.

  • Your data will not be sold or shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

6. Subscription and Payments

  • Use of AfriSchool360 may be subject to subscription plans. Pricing and billing details will be shared separately with each institution.

  • Failure to make timely payments may result in restricted access or suspension of services.

  • All fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

7. System Availability

  • We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime. However, AfriSchool360 is not liable for any temporary downtime due to maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • AfriSchool360 is provided “as-is.” While we aim to deliver a high-quality, secure service, we are not liable for any damages arising from use of the system, data loss, or third-party interference.

9. Modifications to the Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated via the platform or email. Continued use after updates constitutes your acceptance.

10. Termination

  • Schools may request account termination with written notice.

  • AfriSchool360 reserves the right to terminate access in the event of misuse, breach of terms, or failure to pay subscription fees.
