At AfriSchool360, we strive to deliver exceptional value and service to every educational institution that partners with us. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms regarding cancellations, refunds, and subscription management for our software services.
AfriSchool360 offers subscription-based services, which may include monthly, quarterly, or annual billing options. Your selected plan will determine your billing frequency and access level.
We may offer a free trial period to new schools or users.
During the trial period, you may use the platform at no cost to evaluate its features.
At the end of the trial, a paid subscription is required to continue using the platform.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our support team or through the admin dashboard.
Cancellation will stop all future billings, but you will retain access until the end of your current billing cycle.
No partial refunds will be issued for unused days within a billing cycle.
Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:
A technical issue on our platform prevents you from using the system effectively, and our support team is unable to resolve it within a reasonable time.
A billing error occurred (e.g., double billing or incorrect charge).
Change of mind or decision not to continue using the system.
Failure to cancel the subscription before the next billing date.
Limited usage of the platform during the billing period.

Registered email
Reason for refund request
Payment reference (if applicable)
All refund requests are reviewed within 7 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 working days, depending on your payment provider.
AfriSchool360 reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated through the system or via email.
